great success!

"Hey, I remember the great debate at Yummy as though it was yesterday. I think I sided with Tiff back then, and since I aim for consistency, I'll still side with her. I also remember walking all the way up to St. Clair afterwards....I'll go all the way up to Finch one day."

HAH! tomlin agrees with me! :p
(p.s. thanks. your monetary compensation is in the mail.)

p.p.s. had book club today - was a wonderful showing of me, iulia, and dave... so ames? you didn't miss much! :p anyhow, when these galdarned exams are over, i promise you i'll post a little sumptin' sumptin; on the screwtape letters on the book club blog for you, ok? in celebration of the upcoming narnia movie (and also b/c it's a short, short read which will be muchly appreciated come december exam time), we're going to be reading c.s. lewis' "the lion, the witch, and the wardrobe" for the next meeting - tentatively set for monday, november 28th.

p.p.p.s. I MISS BUN!!!!! i had this nightmare last night that something bad happened to you b/c there was this war going on. your untimely demise is a little too gory to name in the body of this blog, but if you're really curious, you can ask me and i'll post it in the comments section. you know, i think it was b/c i was watching tvo on saturday afternoon and the finals for "great minds: ontario's best lecturer" (or something like that) were on. this particular prof was a historian and was lecturing on the WW2 russian experience. (quite engrossing stuff, i must say.) anyway, i woke up in the middle of the night immediately after this dream and i was literally crying. sobbing, even. it took me a good minute (i was awake at this point, mind you) before i calmed down, stopped crying, and realised that it was a dream. in conclusion: come home and visit me!!!!
