hey guys, sorry that i haven't been too diligent with this blogging thing... things have been pretty good since the last time i blogged, but nothing really "of note" to write about, i'm afraid. i've mostly been working and going out to play with friends. oh, and working on this abc scrapbook thingy for ames (which i can now publicly talk about since i've given it to her :p ) for goodness knows how long! but i'm glad that i finished it in time to give it to her and that she liked it. don't worry, ames, this is only a "see you later" present... we can always add more entries to the book! :)


so i've been reading people's blogs (well, the west-enders, namely) and i can see that there's a general consensus that this summer was, indeed, THE Summer of Fun. like kalam, i don't think i've had this much fun since high school! thank you to all of you who made this summer so special and busy for me. seriously, after some summers where i only went out a few times on the weekends, it's been great going out almost every single night (save monday and tuesday nights) with you guys. :)

after messages like these, now it *really* feels like the summer's over even though there's still three weeks left for me... i think it's b/c ames and dave left this week :*( and i know the queen's people are leaving soon. (but it's ok, i know i'll see you ALL again soon)


and now some random notes:
- emily claire barlow at the montreal jazz bistro was great (and so were the mussels... :p )
- congrats to karyn (one of my romania teammates) on her engagement!
- louis is staying in toronto!
- babysitting bunchkin and a little goldfish for the next couple of weeks - i think otis and morris are gonna throw a party
- three softball games this weekend... let's hope we... win? tie? lose by not that much? :p hee.
- two-and-a-half weeks until the waterfront
- have decided my last day of work will be thursday, sept. 1... and then i start school on the 12th
- if anybody feels like doing anything (the ex, movies, dinner, shopping, etc.) for the next three weeks 'til school starts, just give me a shout via email/msn/phone.



and... yeah, no funny stories to tell you today.
