ladies and gentlemen, kill bill vol. 2 is a great movie - you have to see it! it's so much funnier than the first one! you'll love the pai mai parts, trust me. there's much less violence, and a lot more dialogue and plot to it (in cantonese, no less). definitely entertaining.

oh, so you'll never guess the back of whose seat grace was (accidentally) kicking during the movie... hanna! when the lights went up, we noticed that we were sitting right behind hanna and her bf, keith and priscilla. funny coincidence, non? haha, not just that, but i bet we probably annoyed them further b/c grace and i kept laughing throughout the movie (some parts were just too funny, but we were strangely the only ones laughing in the theatre!). but really, the best part was when keith pretty much totally ignored us. no, really. a girl loves to be ignored. it was great when i think he said bye to us (i wasn't quite sure if he was talking to us - i couldn't hear him too well) and didn't even look at us as he passed by and said it. this coming from the probably the closest friend that i made last year at queen's. of course, that was last year. and that was before he decided that having any close female friends at all would hurt his girlfriend. nevermind that i'm not interested in him in that way at all, and that it's ridiculous that he should have to do that in the first place, but whatever. i guess it's a good thing that he's so thoughtful of her atleast, even if he's not to his own friends.
