things that make me go awwwwww! :
simon just rang me up! totally unexpected b/c he doesn't usually call since he's at mac, and also b/c it's in the middle of the morning (when i normally have classes). but yeah, he called b/c he had a nightmare at 2am where i was really sad, so the dear boy decided to phone me to make sure i was ok! :) i miss simon...


oh man, orgo lab report due today at 5pm... i'll get it done, but then i'm really going to have no time to do my biol 200 essay for tommorrow... i lack time management skills... speaking of which, movies i have downloaded and seen this past weekend: in the mood for love (a beautiful movie) and the eye. for those of you who haven't heard of the eye, its a chinese horror movie with an actually good plot. it's not super-scary, but they really work the suspenseful music score and ambience! :p i was watching it with grace when halfway through the movie, the subtitles went wonky and actually aired 5-10 minutes before the rest of the picture did - so for the rest of the movie, i was translating from cantonese to english/mandarin for grace, and she was filling in any blanks that i missed since she was reading the early subtitles! anyhow, i really recommend that movie (just make sure you get a good version without wonky subtitles!) next on my computer for viewing: kill bill, lost in translation, and the princess bride!

so how was the o.c. yesterday? was paris hilton a formidable actress? :p (don't tell me what happens, i'm watching it on thursday!!!)

ok, i'm done eating and slacking... back to the grind. later.
